And now what?

All bugs I've been able to replicate have been solved. Now I'm working in a improvement of the encryption algorithm. In case I can't make it, I'll have to find an AS2 library that allows it faster than my algorithm....

Once done (I think I'd take me less than a week) I'll start working in the next big release, with new quests, enemies, zones ... etc. The first points of my list of task for next release are:
- Tease animation, for when Beth starts sex with elf, pig trader... etc.
- Vaginal sex with elf, pig trader... etc.
- Cum stains.
- Sweating.

And more susprises (including the end of the dye quest).

PS. Translators are always welcome. Specially for asian languages (Japanese, Chinese,  Thai, Korean... etc). You can check the available translations Here.

PS. v0.5.1 uploaded. It fixs some bugs. I recommend you to delete previous save file (save.cfg). Old version may cause problems.

v0.5 available !!!

Finally, you can find v0.5 at the download section.

Future improvements:
- Saving algorithm takes too much time. I must redo it faster.
- The dye quest can be finished. Basically, there is no dye yet. 
- Incoming bugs... (such as hair at elven girl event).

I've added Mac and Linux version, but haven't tested them, so I don't know if they work or not...

Translations are full for Russian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Dutch, Portuguese and Romanian. Partial in the other cases.

Also, the Sluttyness system had suffered some slight changes... I'll let you discover them. The good news are that with the new system the maximum Sluttyness is almost 300 (in the previous one was 250), so now some events add more slutyness points than in the previous versions.

PS. I've increased the price of ferret skins, so now you can somehow farm them to get some gold.

Almost done...

Finally 95%.

Last 5% is translation and bug testing. I've just sent the translation file to translators.
But next week I'll be traveling, so I won't have much time to test. Thus, the release will probably be in two weeks.

Combat system improvement...

Some hardcore players consider kick attacks too powerful. I have good news for them: From now, when Beth kicks a heavy enemy (such as bears or plants), the reaction of the attack moves her back.

Also, good news: the new zone is finished and now I'm working in a new quest.

Polymorphic items

That's the new feature I've been working last week.

First of all, an explanation: Imagine you find a new armour with an awesome stat, but the one you are wearing looks much better. Would you prefer a better look instead of a better stat ?

Not anymore! Here come the new polymorphic items!
You can transfer stats or even the way an item looks to the new polymorphic items. For example, you can apply fire resistance from a magic pants to the Polymorphic pants. Or maybe you could transfer the look of a pretty sandals to the Polymorphic boots !!!

You can transfer any stat you want to those new items, but once you transfer it, the original item is destroyed.

So, more customization choices for the game.

Only Magic Crafters NPCs can transfer stats, as you can see in the video.

Good/Great news

Well, finally I have recent news. They could be good or great ones...

If you had problems with the saving slots, news are great, because I finally implemented the new saving system (using the MDM zinc 3 functions). So, now the game doesn't use Flash shared objects any longer. Saved games are stored in a local file. WARNING: this may cause future bugs, that I still haven't discovered. I'll need your help.

If you don't have any problems with the game, the good news are that I finally defeated this millstone, so I can progress with the content development.


Also, as side note, those days I've been playing a great H-RPG game.

So, that's my recomendation while waiting my next release

Time to change MDM Zinc

It seems that windowed mode is wining.

I've been trying to find some ways to make it work by the compiler (MDM Zinc) functions.

So, anyone of you guys know about another Flash to EXE compiler I could use? Even better if it adds some AS2 funtions I could use to toggle fullScreen or write/read files. Just as MDM Zinc was supposed to do.

- UPDATE !!!

Finally Zinc and me got an agreement ! I'm starting to understand how it works. So, for the next version you can swap from FullScreen to Windowed mode ! Also, ESC won't close the game anymore.

Things are going pretty well. I finally understood how to use MDM Zinc funtions. Finaly my game can toggle fullscreen, exit, read and write archives. Now I'm working in a new saving algorithm. The bad news are that Zinc is gonna die in a few days... (more info here) :-(
So I'm try to get as much knowledge from their docs before it passes out!!!

About the features I've been investigating:
- New save game systems: Impossible.
- Switching window mode / full screen : Almost impossible.

So, do you prefer the game in window mode or full screen ?
